Honeypie agony auntKeep it professional.

If it doesn't work out it's going to be really awkward and that isn't good for anyone, not for you, him or the company nor coworkers.

kenny agony auntI always say that with dating people that we work close with on a daily basis can be quite risky.

when things are going well all is rosy and good, but when/if things never worked out things can become quite awkward, not just for the two of you, but also for other co-workers as well.

The answer to your question, in my opinion would be to keep it professional.

Be friendly and polite, and if you think something is going to materialise between the pair of you it might be an idea if one of you found a job somewhere else.
