What bugs me is when we chill together he nenver talks but on the phone he constantly talks.The only time he talks a lot in front of me is when someone else is in the room, and he can't sit still.He moves around a lot and changes seating position a lot When I'm with him and starts to fiddle around with my photos in the frames.  Ok so he doesnt talk to you, he didnt say he likes you and is uncomfortable around you - how much more of a sign do you need that he is not interested?
If he liked you he would have said so, when you told him how you felt. So there is not a lot you can do now, he is not into you so move on.
