If its instant then he's probably just busy and he'll get back to you, I'm sure he's not deliberately ignoring you. Is his status set to busy or away? Have you tried sending him a nudge? I'm just guessing here because you didn't really give much info. If its an email then maybe he just hasn't read it yet, so don't worry about it. But if you have the hots for him tell him. I think it is time for you to master the art of online flirting. lol
