well, i suppose he has some sort of attraction for her because if he continues to flirt with her while going out with you. Thats just not right, talk to him & get things straight with him tell him that you dont like that & if he still doesnt pay any attention he probably does like her because why does he have to be checking her phone & look at texts & pics!
