 Phone sex is basically telling him you want him and what you wish you could be doing together. As you get turned on by each other's voice and words, you both masturbate and tell each other what you are doing to yourself or what you immagine doing to each other.
You don't need to use dirty words (although you can!), but you need to be explicit.
