reader, anonymous, writes (22 January 2008): This is just out and out 'manipulation' on his part. Purely a case of getting his jollies from you, while living the good life with his gf. He's doing it because you are accomodating him and giving him what he wants...self-gratification from phone sex! I am thinking you must be 'pining' away for him because most women in your situation would tell a guy like this...to go take a flying leap. So why aren't you doing that? If you think he's going to dump her for you--think again. He's not. Stop doing that....today. Do not answer his calls, and really gain some self-integrity by working through your heartfelt feelings for this cad. He's not a very good man to be doing this to you and her! Get your divorce, heal, recover and never allow this man to do this again. Muster up your pride and say goodbye for good.
