Hello this is freaky but i am in exactly the same situation that your in over here in Ireland.I am 30 yrs old, i have been going out with this girl for four years and we are both virgins.The relationship broke up a couple of months ago after i ended up moving out.I coundnt take the agony any more.I went to councilling and asked her to go as well but she never did even though she said she would.This was nearly a year ago.I really want to know how you get on as i would be curious to know if and how you might have got around this problem.

 Relax and don't put pressure on each other. Put a condom on, this may stop it hurting so much for both of you (it works for me) take it slow and just do it, once yu have done it it will hurt less the next time!! X
