Now i have internal hemmeroids and have to put cream up my ass. con you can get fishers which are not going fishing with a fishing rod its tearing of the anus
con you can get a Prolapsed anus which it pretty much sounds like what it says on the can your anus comes out of your anus. feel free to Google image this. a warning your eyes may actually bleed
con there are also some wonderful bacteria inside the anus which then you can transfer to the vagina.

 You can talk with your doctor about it - and should likely suspect to hear about long-term conditions such as internal and external hemorrhoids, diverticulitis, cancer, colon tearing, loose bowel syndrome (life-long leakage) and a number of other ailments. As the anonymous reader noted, the rectum and lower intestine are designed to excrete, not to be frequently penetrated.

reader, anonymous, writes (11 September 2011): I only see cons with anal sex. Penises and other things are not meant to go there. The anus is not meant for large objects. You can cause health problems, injuries and so on. Diseases such as hiv are more easily spread that way also. Just my opinion!

PROS in my opinion... your man is very grateful for this.
cons: just about everything else.
I do submit to this with my partner now and then because he likes it and his penis is average size and not too uncomfortable and I have had experience in this activity and while it's not my preferred method of connecting to my man it's not that horrible for me either..
IF you are going to do it follow these rules:
bathe well
LUBE very very very well
lie on your belly with a pillow under your hips.
have him press his penis against your anus but DO NOT ENTER.
YOU are in control... YOU push back a little at a time till you are comfortable. he has to be PATIENT... you keep pushing back and WAITING...waiting waiting waiting...till you are ready to push back more... he cannot be in charge here... he has to wait for you to be ready
eventually you will push far enough and he will enter.. then the game can begin... he has to listen to you very well... if it HURTS stop. it will feel odd but it should NOT HURT...

Pro: You overcome this fear and you see it not big of a deal. He will stop bugging you for it so much.
Pro: Both of you may feel pleasure. It could bring newer levels of intimacy.
Con: It's painful at first.
Con: Anal incontinence.
Con: You may have to give in next time even if you don't like it.
So don't pretend you like it if you don't.
I believe anal sex can bring me pleasure but so far I haven't opened up myself to it and my boyfriend never asked me again. I still have many years to go and maybe if we get really bored with each other we will do it again.
