Because he doesnt want to let go of you just yet till he's totally sure of what he wants. Basically he's being very selfish , stringing you along, its a sort of crass control thing .
Ignore him totally, go out have fun and when your ready , meet someone else , just totally have nothing to do with him and when you meet someone new , make sure your ex see's you with your new guy with a huge love bite on your neck, then watch your ex throw up ! .Have fun x !!
