I need help, I am self conscious about them especially since he has has had a lot of girlfriends so help!!!!! What do guys prefer? No mattter what age.

Get rid of him. There are so many guys out there who love big boobs that you won't have any trouble finding one. My wife has very big boobs and they are much too big to be perky and I think they're beautiful and I love playing with them and looking at them. Don't feel self conscious because big boobs are definitely best and you're lucky to have them!

 Tell him if he likes perky boobs, he should go after a chick with them, instead of constantly putting you down. It's not fair on you.
As for what guys prefer- most guys don't care much either way, boobs are boobs. But we do have preferences, I prefer small perky ones but I have also dated women with big ones, and it didn't really affect my desire for them because I saw the bigger picture rather than focusing on physical traits that I didn't like. No one is perfect.
Tell him you like guys with huge foot-long dicks. See how he likes that.

If your b.f. is making you feel bad about yourself intentionally then it sounds like he is the problem, not your big boobs. If I were you I'd tell him to shut his mouth. That's very disrespectful for him to even be talking that way around his girlfriend. Maybe ditching him is the answer.
