Idk how to say this Lol but ill try ok so when I was in 3rd grade I kissed a boy for the first time he was my neighbor and from there we continued kind of a oil kid romance for a good 3 years and then one day it stopped and it was whatever. but we have always flirted and hinted at doing something more but we never have. so last week I was over his house watching his sister ,who is in a wheelchair, and he was flirting with me(laying on my lap,joking around,rubbing me,etc.) ps this was after I put his sister to bed. so then he was like I'm not making the first move so I kissed him and we kissed like 4 times but didn't make out. butt it wasn't until after I kissed him that I realized that he was high as a kite. (and I generally don't have a problem with pol smoking pot just not the boy I'm kissing) I'm so confused though cuz this boy was my first love and I haven't talked to him or seen him since we kissed so finally here's my question: do u think he kissed me cuz he was high or because he really wanted to? and what do u think my next step should be?please help ! :)

Nobody here can tell you. Your next step is to talk to him. Keep in mind that young peoples are usually pretty chaotic when it comes to love, don't panic if he rejects you at first.
