 I know its hard, but the reality is you are going to have to get over him. He ignored your phone calls and texts, he coulden't even bring himself to tell you it was over, what does this say about him.
You are still very young, soon you will meet someone else and you will forget all about this guy. Don't be in a rush to meet someone, have fun, enjoy yourself, and you will meet someone else when you least expect it.
