 basically virginity is not having a penis inserted. so by inserting his penis even just half way you lost your virginity.
sex is technically the exchange of body fluids from genetalia so yes you did have complete sex you just didn't get to orgasim. (the really fun part)
to have much better sex I would just openly communicate with him if it starts to hurt just have him slowly stroke to the depth that it hurts you muscles will eventually loosen and it will no longer hurt no matter what size he is.
I really wouldn't wory about blood unless it won't stop bleeding which rarely happens but if it doesn't call an ambulance immediately.

 The blood could be from something else, but I doubt it. If you were using something hard and plastic or a toy, the blood could've come from somewhere else if you didn't know how to use it, but something like a penis, which gets hard, but is flesh, yes, I believe you lost it. And whether you bled or not, you still lost your virginity, because he half penetrated you. Penetration is penetration. Hymens don't define virginity. Sex does. When you have sexual intercourse, you are no longer a virgin.

I'm not sure how to say this in a proper way but ones you stick a penis in you, deep enough to make you bleed, that's because you poped your cherry. There for No, your not a Virgin. Mine as well just go all the way already because it's technically the same thing. There's nothing else to pop anymore.
As well as it's perfectly normal to bleed. You could even bleed up to a week.
If you bleed more then a week go see you doctor. It could also be an infection.

 Yep, it's gone! Half penetration is still penetration, so why stop there? Where you hoping to stay a virgin?
Make sure you discuss boundaries with your partner. If you worry about pregnancy or just don't want to be penetrated yet, he needs to stay out fully. Remember that if he's penetrating you and he comes, you could get pregnant!
Be clear with him about what you want. If you're happy to go all the way, tell him so and be prepared!
