writes:me and this girl at work flirt with each other alot, make each other laugh, and when she catches me looking at her every once in a while she turns away and i see her smiling about it.I was goign to ask her out on a date but there were like 5 people around her so i just gave her my number on a piece of paper and left. She didnt call me when she got out of work last night and she dosent get out of school til 3 today so what im wondering is: Do you think she wont call if she didnt call the first night?I put myself in her position and i think i would have called when i got out of work but i might have been too nervous to do it yet and had to work up the courage to call. I dont know, what do you girls think?

I'm sure she knew exactly why you gave her the number, but she may be a bit shy, or maybe shes playing it cool!. Haha!
dont worry about it just let nature take its course. If she doesnt call you, ask her on a date or ask for her number instead. And I personally would leave it a few days before calling her, just to make it clear how it feels!.
