 Well there's only one way to find out right? go and ask him, i mean i know girls can be shy and they don't want to be the one to make the first move but if you want to know what's going on between you two than you just gotta ask him! Don't be afraid to make the first move. Us girls are strong and even if you asked him and he turned down, i'm not saying he will but let's just say he does so what? his loss!

 It is really hard to tell what is going through his head to be honest. Teenage boys can sometimes be very confusing. He may like you or maybe he is just messing with you it really is hard to tell. Try and get to know him better. Why don't you approach him and talk to him every now and again and see how it goes.
