To be honest you dont want to be getting into one of these kinds of relationships while you are this young, you will meet someone better and that will respect what you want to do and when u want 2 have sex.
It sounds like he does fancy you but he is too immiture to have a serious relationship. Keep talking to him and see if he drops hints to you because he may be looking for a relationship with youu

 Tbh if you believe this guy would get you drunk to have sex with you I don't think he is looking for a serious relationship. It makes you feel good when someone tells you they think your fit because it builds up your self-confidence. But if thats him just saying that to get what he wants then I think you should re-think if he is the type of guy your looking for babe. Just watch yourself, if he is what you want then if he asks you out say yes but make sure its clear how far you want to go with him. Remember you don't have to do anything you dn't want to do.
