 In my opinion, light to moderate marijuana use, no problem with erections based on past experience during the 1960s-70s. No personal experience with anything else except blood pressure meds (beta blockers), which can definitely affect the issue because some of these reduce the flow of necessary blood to the region.

Well since most drugs are 30% pure and 70% who the hell knows, you could have swallowed anything so it's not surprising you can't get it up.

Lots of regular medicines can prevent an erection and of course things like alcohol, amphetamines (speed), cocaine, Marijuana, opiates and for some even nicotine can ruin an erection.
