I told her i liked her and wanted her to be my gf but she said she was not ready for a relationship. It means she trusts you and is getting a bit closer to you.
It still may not mean she wants a relationship.
If she doesn't want a relationship then don't let yourself fall for her.
Be her friend but stop chasing her.
