 She is showing the classic signs that she does fancy you with the flirting signs she is giving out.
Ok so you are going through turmoil about her, and she might be going through the same thinking why has he not asked me out yet.
I would say ask her out soon, because if you don't then someone else will.

Play it cool but tell her that you like her and watch her reaction, you maybe pleasantly surprised.
If you do not tell her, you will never find out.
