 For starters it was wrong of him to tell someone what you did, it was inevitable rumours were going to spread. The problem is its like Chinese whisper, what happened probably changes from person to person and people add bits on. Do as baby-x-sparkii says and just hold your head high, show others that you are not bothered about whats being said. If you do this it will be forgotten about in no time atal. As for this guy i would speak to him, ask him what his feelings are torwards you. At least this way you will know where you stand.

 He is not worth your love.Dump him. He is too young and his actions are unforgiving and unbecoming of a responsible person. You don't go around and tell everyone who you slept with.
Don't fall for those sugar coated words. When a boy tells you that, it means , he wants to end and not anymore interested .

 okay on the part where u said about it getting round the school...keep your head held high and dont worry bout it. when u say dirty stuff can i ask what you mean? I think a part of him may like you but he may be saying that he doesnt want a girlfriend right now to make sure he doesnt hurt you. I think may be a bit of distance would sort out this problem, let you get your thoughts clear on what you wanna do
