Sounds like he has seen you checking him out, knows you are young and is just going to see what he can get.
Most women would have turned round and slapped him for grabbing their bum. His mates were probably watching and got a right laugh out of the fact your just stood there and looked awkward.
Men will stare at girls who wiggle about in short skirts. It doesn't mean they like you, it just means they get to think about sex for a bit.
If he liked you then he would want to get to know you so would chat with you. He wouldn't come and grope you, leer at you saying nothing, and then ignore you.
You may think he's good looking but give yourself a bit more respect.

reader, anonymous, writes (13 September 2009): It could be that hes just shy but he seems very confident around woman, so i think that if he wanted you as his girlfriend he would have asked you out by now.
Although saying that he obviously flirting with you. I don't think all DJs are complete womanisers but they have the reputation. If you think you can trust him then ask him out.
