He started talking to me this time. most of the time it was me talking/texting him first. well i got texting taken away this summer. so anyway he started talking to me on facebook. now i know him and he never gets on facebook. but lately since weve been talking hes been on it for the last three days in a row. he talks about doing stuff with me,you can guess what kind of stuff im talking about. anyway he always replies with smiley faces and flirty comments. and the thing is we had a fling for like two years (since seventh grade) and i moved away after eighth grade so i assumed him and i were done. but he messaged me and now we talk nonstop. he asks me to do stuff with him and he says he wants to do stuff with me. so does he like me? or just what we talk about?

He might like you a lot and wants to do things with you. (sorry if it wasn't anything sexual but that's what I thought while was reading yours)
or since you two are far away, he might just say things that he wants to do, not necessarily with you if you get what im saying? Some guys just love to flirt and say things like that eventhough they do not have intention of being your bf or even seeing you in person..
so if you two aren't too far away from each other, maybe suggest a meet up? (not in urgent stalkerish way!) and see where yee are heading? it's always to talk and see the person in person! lol then you will have a fair idea whether this guy is just into flirting or has some feelings for you.
