Do you think our date went well?

Question - (9 October 2012) 1 Answers - (Newest, 9 October 2012)
A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

We met and drank tea for an hour. I offered to pay but he didn't let me. He was very tried; we both have had a very long day. We talked continuously and had a nice time (I would say) but then he had to go back to his work to his cubicle in the library (needs to hand in an essay tomorrow).

He kept asking me how my week ahead looked - I'm guessing to check when I free. And he also said, the next time we met, we shouldn't talk about our college work and voluntary work.

When we parted, he said to text him - 'Send me a text then. It was really nice seeing you'

What say, people?

(Oh and here's our background- We meet at a college social, lots of eye contact and we talked quite a bit in the end. Before leaving, he asked me for my number. Two days later adds me on Facebook and texts me and then sets up a meeting today for coffee.)

fishdish agony auntseems promising! Great that the conversation kept flowing. Maybe suggest evening or a restaurant for dinner for a more romantic/less platonic rendez-vous!
