hi i,ve been married 13 yrs now and i have a problem last yr an issued arrived which caused my trust to vanish he wasnt unfaithful or anything but he lied and covered up things to continue his lies n i caught him out. since then we argued n i think he finally had enough, but now he,s always looking at other women when were out together he totally denies this and is starting to convince me im going crazy its all in my head helppppppp please do i believe my eyes or is he right my head playing tricks

It could be that because of your lack of trust in him, you're not super sensitive to everything he is doing. I think you and he need to sit down and just talk. Be honest with him. Tell him that right now you are feeling insecure and need his reassurance. Maybe even go to counselling if this continues. Talk to him, but about the whole problem, not just the women.
