It's a fact of life, its not because we're animals or anything its a social preasure thing too for many guys your age. these older ones, well they shouldn't be approaching you if your underage :/ on the other hand there are times when a guy just wants a hug. you should try and get into a stable relationship before getting into sex as with one night stands they tend to be a) crap and b) a really regrettable way of having your first time. you always remember the first so some 7 minute thing with a drunken guy whos 20 and hiting on high school girls isnt something you want to keep.

All men want sex, but not all the time. And to be fair, we also know there is more to a woman than just sex. There are obviously some guys who just want it, and certainly at your age they won't be looking for much. But as we mature, we realize there is more to women. There are guys who will respect you and want to get to know you.

 No. Not all men are just looking for sex. At 15, it will seem like it, but it's not the case. As a guy that's been in a few serious relationships, even an engagement, without giving up his virginity, I stand as proof of that.
Just stay strong, hold to your own morals, never ever give into sex with some boy just because HE wants it, and trust me that there ARE guys that will respect you.
