The life span of sperm after ejaculation depends on the environmental conditions. Sperm ejaculated into a woman's vagina can live in a woman's reproductive tract for up to five days or perhaps even longer.
Fertilization is possible as long as the sperm remain alive. Sperm ejaculated outside the body may survive only minutes to a few hours.
If it is a cold and wet place it can live from 3 to 4 hours.
If it is a warm and hot environment , the seminal fluids will dry up quickly and the sperms will die.
There is only a very slim chance that you can be pregnant by that way but you never know if you are lucky or unlucky.

 The fact that you are asking this question proves the point that you are way too young to be doing anything sexual. If you think that you can get pregnant from what you did, then that proves that you really dont have a clue about conception, obviously contraception, and also sex. I would do a little growing up first, and perhaps when you are 18 and old enough to get into a sexual relationship, then you can think about sex.
Honestly, wait a few years before you even think about doing things like this! One day you gonna get yourself into some real trouble if you dont watch out!

NOW to YOUR question: You CANNOT get pregnant through oral sex, even if sperm has leaked onto your hand,so please don't worry. At this point I would suggest you might consider using condoms with your boyfriend, not just to prevent pregnancy if you end up actually having sexual intercourse, but for your physical welfare against STD's ( sexually transmitted diseases ) Do NOT have sex with your boyfriend or oral sex if he ever has cold sores, or YOU have a cold sore, or any form of warts, they are both virus's. Cold sores on the lips if active, and you have sex without protection can lead to Herpes. I'm giving you this information as I fear you have little information to hand, or someone to turn to for advice.
