writes: Ok there is this guy I think he's shy but how do I really know?? Ok we are roommates and I always could feel a connection when he was around he would make eye contact the body language made me think he was interested. So after a while of all that I took it as he probly liked me . We don't really talk but one day I told him I liked him and now he still looks at me and smiles a little but why hasn't he said anything about it?? Did I scare him off?? Or maybe I read him wrong what should I do??

I'd start asking him some personal questions so he knows you're interested in him.
Does he have any hobbies he might want to talk about?
Since you already told him you like him, you could just ask him if he likes you too.
If you like shy guys then tell him.

Idk maybe I did make him feel wierd but i felt I rather say something and see where it went from there no rush haha I'll let him think about it.  I think he isn't saying nor doing anything about it because you two are roommates. He's probably being very practical. Besides, the smile he gave me might not necessarily mean he likes you back, but rather it means he is flattered. You should take the fact that you two are room mates and that he hasn't done anything about you liking him as a sign that you should forget the idea of you two being together, quite honestly. Look busy and don't look interested. You might want to consider finding a new roommate if it makes you awkward to room with him now.
