A female United States age 26-29, *XAmiXx writes:

Hai everybody,

Something rather serendipitous happened to me, I guess I just need advice. I may be overthinking some things, I just want some incite.

So, I had officially met this guy at my creative arts school today. He's in musical theater, very, very cute. I was too nervous to speak to him much because of that but once we started talking we automatically clicked. This is a huge contrast to how I feel with my recent crush, who is very shy and real hard to talk to. But this guy's a real sharp character so far! I like him, haha.

He is from France, and just moved to the land of the free three weeks ago. He's half American and half Japanese and is really intelligent(knows several languages and such)

The thing that I feel that I may be over thinking(since I'm extremely attracted to this one...like seriously his handsome features block my vision XD)Not that I'm saying he's perfect. no one is. but still tho ahaha.

But we were walking and talking just getting to know each other, when he asked me to follow him to meet with a friend but I told him that I needed to go and get my phone, so I left and he wasn't following me. However when a few moments after I made it inside of the office, I turned around and there he was!

So in my head I was like *O* stalker?! lol

It was so weird. Though I thought maybe he needed something, but when he came in he was looking right at me and wasn't asking the teachers for anything (unless like they said hi and he said hi back, stuff like that)

Then we left together and just hung out with friends and stuff.

I told my friends about what happened and they were like

"Maybe he likes you :3"

"Maybe he likes you :3"

"Maybe he likes yooooou, plus he's french and french people tend to be kind of bold, ooh lala ;3 go for it!,"

And I'm just like o.o".....no.

Because I guess, I mean, we just met you know and although i certainly wouldn't mind if that were the case...I don't like jumping to conclusions(even tho i do sometimes anyway. And I suppose another reason why I doubt is because it's a subconscious thing because I have always been bullied about my looks as a young girl and I've never really had any really handsome guys liking me until I got older(I'm 16 now)

So I always doubt like nah, he couldn't.

Any insight though would be lovely. Could what did mean that he's interested in me?

He obviously enjoys your company! I know it is hard battling with being self-conscious and constantly worrying. But honestly, he wouldn't of been waiting for you unless he wanted to get to know you more. I can't say wether he likes you or not, only he knows. You should stop worrying, talk to him, see what happens! He may only want to be friends, or maybe more. Good luck!
