A female United States age 41-50, anonymous writes:

I am 28 yrs old and have been working w/ my co-worker who is 40 yrs old for the past year. In this year we have gotten to know each other better and we often go out with our boss and his girlfriend -a.k.a also our friend as a group. The first time we went out as a group he was actually met us there w/friends from out of state, but he abandoned them for a majority of the night to hang out w/me after our friends left. That seems to happen more and more. We end up being the only 2 left at the end of the night. Is this a sign that he likes me and is shy or am I reading more into this?

rammsteinfan agony auntHe might like you and just too shy to say anything to you. Have you ever been out just the two of you, instead of being in a group? Maybe you could invite him out to see a movie that he wants to see. See what happens, but don't get too disappointed if you get declined. Just be careful and don't get yourself hurt. I wish you good luck!

Danielepew agony auntI think he might like you, and maybe he's too shy to tell you. If you like him, let him know. Now, if he's shy, he may not be able to take subtle hints, so, let him know in a way that can spare you an embarrasment, but also convey the message.

Good luck.
