it appears that my best friend(girl) is someone who i have fallen for. i have written a couple somgs for her on facebook and told her, but that was just when it was a crush. last thursday, she slept over at my house and gave me quite a few chances to kiss her. i was nervous but i didnt realise until saturday that they were chances.... i fell for her and now it feels like she is ignoring me :(. i think i weirded her out and now i dont know if she will accept my feelings or if our friendship will end... i dont want it to end tho.

A female reader, aunt honesty Ireland +, writes (12 October 2010):

aunt honesty agony auntOk calm down and dont panic, it sounds like she may like you two and possibly because you didnt pick up on these hints that she doesnt think you like her that way and now she is being a little distant so that her own feelings dont get hurt. Am sure you never freaked her out, she is probably just vunerable. So right now there is only one thing you can do here and that is tell her how you truly feel without being to over whelming tell her you like her as more than a friend and ask her could she ever see anything more happening between you both, just go for it you have nothing to lose here and a lot to gain. good luck
