Ok so I'm with this gorgeous, intelligent, and delicious latino man and everything's been good for eight months. We have 14yrs between us but we get along well (if he doesn't play 80s music and I don't try to show him the loveliness of Il Divo haha!). So we're making love the other day and he cries out, "I love you!" I'm shocked but I pretend I heard nothing. Oh this man can drive me crazy! He's so kind to me, so sweet, and yet honest. But we've never even said we were gf/bf, just that we were an "item." I heard that good love-making can drive a man to say those scary words but could he have meant it? He's NEVER said that. I get kisses on my face and lovely spanish endearments but no "love" words exactly... I mean, I've never even met his family/friends. But he now embraces me more when we're out and has referred to my 5yr old lil sis as "our baby girl." I'm reaallly curious! Insight appreciated, especially fron latino men!

Don't go only for men words during sex :I love you : this only means that the sex is great! pay more attention for his way toward you...Love is not just made about passion but about care..if he's paying attention to your little girl ..It's a good point about your relationship ,try inquire him about his feelings.....I'm latino if he loves you he will tell to you if you made him feel okay about he be in love with you

DenimandLace44 agony auntI agree with LLindy87. If he hasnt been saying it...then it means he doesnt just say it without meaning. I think he said what was in his heart.

lol im not latino but have def been mistaken for one...usually, men of ethnicity can be humble about their feelings towards a woman. The older guys sometimes will "hold it in" but apparently somehow you brought it out of this guy. Yes, Id say you have a guy who is def getting emotionally attached.

Well if he's known you for this long it wouldn't be a suprise if he loves you. If he is doing things like calling you little sister "our baby girl" then I would say that he does have feeling for you. Your best bet of finding out would be to just ask him.

LLindy87 agony auntit sounds like its definitely a possibility that he's in love with you, if not maybe he's falling for you or starting to.

But I have no idea whether its a cultural thing or not.
