 It depends what theyve done or what secret they've kept. My ex beat me up but it took a long time for the love to end, I didnt just wake up and think I dont love you - love faded to resentment then hatred. As for the secret it depends what it is, would it have caused damage if it had been revealed etc etc. From recent experience trust is hard to regain and you have to want to try for it to come back but I dont think its impossible x
