 If salmon can swim upstream jumping over raging waterfalls to do a little spawning, I think the little sperm dudes should have no problem doing the same in a less challenging environment. Even if you think gravity can keep them from reaching the Egg...you gotta lay down and be horizontal sometime...so it really won't make a difference. You might try holding a magnet down there, see if they head away from the Egg. I heard also that sperm are attracted to red lights (thus why the term red light district relates to sex). Try to waving a red laser light see if the sperm all rush out....
But seriously, use the same old standard condom in combination with the Pill. Position's got nothing to do with it.
