also if you take the pill, just move onto the next packet without taking the 7 day break and you will not get your period.
and finally, just use tampons rather than pads if all else fails because u can swim or wear bikinis etc with these without worrying :)

 What's the problem abou having the period while being on holiday??? I'ts something natural babe just relax and have some ibuprofen if you have headache or pain that doesn't allow u to go out, eat light things if you feel like not eating to much and wear comfy clothes,I have travelled very much adn it's not a problem at all, it's natural and the soon u undertand it the sooner u will adapt to it.
I do not really understand period as a problem darling

 Go to your doctor and he will put you on the pill for a ahort time. This will delay your period and you can come off it as soon as the holiday is over. Sometimes the pill can put your cycle off a bit so don't worry if there is a longer or shorter gap than usual before your period starts.

 I honestly do not think so. Your body works the way it should. Unless your period is irregular, coming in different times but usually it bounces near the "normal" time.
If it helps, this is gross, you are still allowed to go in the water. My friend once told me she went to the beach with her period. No blood appeared in the water. Only bad thing was the odor from the pad itself afterwards.
