Can drinking alcohol stop the treatment for Chlamidya working? And how can I show him how sorry I am for giving him this STD?

i had been with my boyfriend for about 2 and half yrs we split for three months then decided to get back together. During our split i slept with someone else it played on my mind about stds but i was scared to get checked. after about 8 months of us being together again i got checked only to find out i had clamidiya, i told him and i was shocked how calm he was we had treatment and he told me it was not my fault. Two days after treatment he drank a can of fosters and small bottle of wkd i said you shouldnt really drink as may effect the treatment working. Does anyone know if it actualy will? On that night we had a little row about something else and the next morning he started bringing up that i had gave him this std and saying he cant be with me anymore.this is my worst nightmare, i dont feel like there is anything i can say to him to make him see im sorry for giving him this. Now im losing him. Please help x
