He tells me a man can tell when another guy has been in his "stuff". I'm NOT cheating on him. Can anybody tell my why your vagina feels different from one day to the next?

 I think the better question is why can't I stand up to my abusive husband who is belittling my vagina and accusing me of cheating.
Walk out and stand your ground and tell him to get some help for his controlling ways.

 You can learn to tighten your Kegel muscles. Next time you pee, stop partway through. That's the Kegel muscle you're squeezing. It also tightens you up a lot - with practice, you can develop that muscle enough to squeeze tightly for the duration of intercourse, making it seem like new every time.
Besides feeling great for both of you, it will also feel more consistenyl tight, and maybe shut him up.
I suspect he is only testing you (clumsily and rudely), or he would have long since dumped you. It's no fun to put up with, but jealousy and suspicion are natural (if harmful) and can be dealt with.

There are many reasons why it may feel different. Maybe you're more into it and the muscles in there are doing more one day. Maybe you're a bit wetter one day and he feels less resistance. Maybe he's having sex with you more often and it has less time to recouperate after the last session.
Your husband needs to work on his trust issues. That or buy you a freakin' chastity belt.

A man cant tell if their partner has been cheating by the feel of the vagina alone thats rubbish.
The vagina is controlled by muscles it can vary from second to second never mind day by day. It can stretch both horizontal and vertical during arousal.
