B/f doesn't want sex but swears he's not gay

i'm a plus size girl dating a nice looking black man. he's been in prison and has an extensive background, but nothing in the past 4 years. we met online and been dating a year and i would swear he's gay. he's 46, works construction and always on the go. he doesnt hardly ever want sex and dont touch me sexually but swears hes attrcted to me and been with women bigger than me. he does flirt with women alot but it dont go much further. i left him for 4 months and he tells me the 2 women he saw at that time complained of the same thing, he never wanted to have sex. he says hes tired, but never too tired to hang with guy friends. he's literally only home long enough to eat sleep or shower. he wakes up hard often but wont do anything about it and admitted the other day in an argument he would rather take care of himself than be with a woman. i've mentioned being gay and he thinks im crazy...how can i know if he really is gay???
