 Confidence comes with age, but it's something you constantly work on (even if you don't really notice it). You just have to get used to testing the waters with new things ( and I'm not talking sex here) and expand your horizon.
You can MAKE people like you. But if you are a good person, with a sense of humor, honest and friendly who knows :) Take care of yourself and your hygiene.
I don't think there is a hurry to lose your virginity at 15. There is absolutely nothing wrong in waiting til you find someone you really want to share that first time with. Being a non-virgin is not going to make you confident over night, or experienced, or interesting or any other adjective you might think.

#2 Just be clean, groomed and confident - because even if you are not the most handsome or sexy guy around, your confidence as a "man" can overcome. You are now too young to be very confident, but that will also come. Just believe that. Being a good man is all you need to be.

 Hi OPFirstly, as you are in the UK, the LEGAL age of consent is 16. This applies to boys as well as girls, and all forms of sexual contact are illegal until the age of 16. This includes, vaginal sex, oral (blowjobs etc), fingering, handjobs, sexual touching, or anal sex. As to your other points;1. The reason you are not confident with girls is because emotionally you are not ready for sex. As you get older you will become more confident in yourself as a MAN, not a boy. At the moment you are still going through puberty and all the emotional ups and downs that brings with it. When you get older, you will be more confident in yourself and these things will begin to come naturally.There is nothing wrong with waiting. 2. When the right girl comes along they will be attracted to YOU, as a person. Not the clothes you wear, or the things you do. Be genuine, be yourself, be nice, be honest and treat girls with respect. Above all, dont turn into an arrogant pig. If you force sex, and losing your virginity it will mean nothing, and you may look back with regret. When you are ready, it will happen naturally and everything will fall into place. It will make sense when you are ready.
