At any rate you are indeed a legal Adult by age 18 and indeed are breaking the law by having sexual intercourse with someone who is 15.
You should stop further actions and protect yourself and the young lady from further complications and possible prosecution. She is a MINOR!
Sex isn't something to be taken lightly so please rethink your position and I think you can see that waiting until she is older is best for both of you. If you truely care about her it won't be such a big deal to wait until she is of legal age of consent. At this time you will be older and she will be of age, you will both have more knowledge, mental and emotional maturity that is needed when being sexually involved. reader, anonymous, writes (3 December 2008): yes, seeing as she is under the age of consent, and you are legally an adult it is illegal, and if you were reported you could be penalized, but i say go for it anyways, i would... but also realize that if you got penalized, you more than likely wouldnt be able to see or talk to her (at the very least), and if you love her as much as you say you do then you would give up sex and just be with her untill she is of the legal age to consent to such activities.hope that helps

 If she is legally underage, you are legally an adult, and there are laws pertaining to this in your country (and I can't imagine there aren't) then yes, what you are doing is illegal. And yes, if you were reported, you could be penalized.
