Anyone else get bruises between their legs and not know how they got there? Seems a bit fishy to me...

A male United States age 51-59, anonymous writes:

I was with my gf of 6 mos Sat. night. I was going down on her and noticed a bruise about the size of a quarter about 5 inches from her vagina. I asked her about it, and she just said "OH, I bruise easy". I've never seen a bruise before on her in my life, let alone between her legs. I said how did you bruise yourself there, and all she said was "I don't know" and kind of blew it off. I've never had a reason to distrust her, but this is a little fishy to me. Anyone want to comment? Anyone else get bruises between their legs and not know how they got there?

mesoreal agony auntI had the same experience, however my girlfriends bruises looked more like a thumb and forefinger bruise. She also had a scratch on her breast. This was after we had a huge falling out. My math says she did it with someone or with herself! You can't bump something on the inside of your leg very easily.

The bigger issue is trust. You dont trust her

How often have you bumped into a table or chair and received a bruise, and when you finally notice it you do not remember the chair....Seriously, this is ridiculous!

pieinthesky29 agony auntI climbed out of a window yesterday, slightly brushed my leg on it, near my area, and now have a really visible bruise. Maybe your gf climbed out that same window, its a bitch.

I bruise so easily. Yes, i can believe that she didn't know, it happens to me all the time. It is a bit of a joke in our house, cos i had a massive one on my bum, no way did i know how i got that. Thankfully my bloke doesn't get stressy about it. Lighten up or you may get a few yourself!

Take care

eddie agony auntAre you crazy? She has a bruise the size of a quarter and you're going to quiz her about fidelity. If THIS is the only reason you've got....yo're way out of line. C'mon, take off the Sherlock Holmes hat here. You're lucky she didn't give you a bruise on the end of your nose.

i also bruise very easily and get unexplained (and highly unnattractive, in my opinion) bruising over my legs, especially on the soft undersides of my thighs. i have no idea how they get there and the last thing i'd want is for my boyfriend to think i'm cheating because of the bruises!

sure- happens to me all the time. one of the reasons women sometimes bruise easily is because they're anemic--low blood iron. it's something that, for a lot of girls, fluctuates - depends on eating habits, stress levels, etc. if you've only been dating 6 mos, it's totally possible she's had the problem intermittently her whole life but happened to not be bruising as much for most of the time you've been dating.

if you've got some other reason to mistrust her, that's something to talk about. but if you have every other reason to trust her and are just freaked out by a weird bruise, i wouldn't worry too much. happens to lots of women.

I'm just going to be honest...if it was me, I would know! It is true though, some people DO bruise more easily then others. But I would think "in that area" you would know what all has been there! Since you are worried, and I don't blame you, I would have a serious talk with her about it. If you don't, it's just going to make you think more and more and you may not even have anything to worry about. I wouldn't go accuse her of anything, but let her know since you've been dating, you have never seen something as this. Ask her maybe when SHE first noticed it and try to put 2 and 2 together...where was she,etc...because I know that is what your thinking. I do have a friend just so you will know that does bruise easily and I will tell you, she gets them on her legs and arms alot and cannot tell me how they got there. Some were just HUGE! She doesn't remember hitting or running in to anything, they just show up. Also, what does your gut really tell you? I hope you find your answer.
