You're 14 (middle of your age range so your 14) you shouldn't even be worrying about the size of your penis. You shouldn't be having sex right now anyways and if you do the girls aren't delevoped yet so they are still "weird" down there also so a 5.5 should be fine. Honestly I'm not much larger than that, my girl always tells me I feel huge in her but I don't think so ("is she just saying that?" always goes though my head) but if you learn how to pleasure your girl in every way you can then it won't really matter will it? Get her to orgasm before you even enter her and she will be feeling so great it won't matter. I feel like I have to let you in on a secret, most girl's don't care about size. Our V-jj's aren't usually very deep and your penis would fit in quite nicely. By the by your 3 inch girth sounds "yummy" :}, it's not exactly itsy bitsy in that area.
What I'm saying is I don't think there's anything you can do, your size sounds nomal, and I infact am a little turned on right now. Your size is fine don't feel so bad about it.

 It's just one of those things - nothing I've ever known can make it longer or bigger any faster.
I promise you that girls have the capacity for much more depth and interest in a guy than the measurement and size of his erect penis. I promise you that they are not going to ask you how large it is before they decide to go out with you or socialize with you and no one is going to put you in categories. You may, but no one else will.
If it grows larger, great. If it doesn't learn to use the size you've been given (and you can) with "style and skill" but don't let your penis be the main feature to your personality. That won't get even the biggest guy anywhere with the ladies...
