 Here are 10 ideas for you:
1. Line the box with the tissue paper. Place the massage oil in the box and write the following message on the card:

2. Organize a professional photo shoot to obtain a portrait of the two of you as a couple. Frame the picture and put it somewhere prominent.
3. Organize a mystery trip for you and your partner. Some travel agents will organize mystery packages where the destination of the trip is kept secret until you are actually on the plane or arrive at the destination.
4. Buy some rose petals and place them behind the sun visor on the passenger side of your car. Take a post it note and write, "I Love You" on it and stick it to the back of the sun visor. As you are driving to a romantic destination, look at your partner and tell him he has a mark on his cheek. He will pull down the sun visor to use the mirror and be showered in rose petals and see your note.
5. When you and your partner are having an anniversary, buy two champagne glasses and get them engraved with your names and the date, for example:

Cook dinner together at home and set up a table with some candles and music. For me the first time that my fiance and I cooked together it was an incredible bonding experience then after the dinner you two can dance and just spend some time together.

 Congrats on your 4 months anniversary. The where to go part- Think about how you too met together if its in a restaurant- the park- and decided that for your anniversary. If you really want to make something romantic I suggest pick a park close by and have a picnic at night, looking at the stars, I think that would of been great anniversary just you too together and no one else to bother you. Have a great time on your anniversary hope my suggestion will help you out. ^^
