writes:Hi, I have been seeing an ex and having sex on a pretty casual basis for the last year. She has always been on the pill.I last slept with her on the 1st January. A couple of weeks later she said she couldn't see me anymore as she had met someone she liked. I didn't see her again.Until yeserday! She says she is pregnant and not sure whos the baby is. She's still on the pill but had unprotected sex with her new boyfriend while drunk.Here are the facts according to her....The start of her last cycle was 18th December. I had sex with her on the 1st January.She first had sex with her new partner on 9th January.I'm in a predicament because I'd met up with her to talk about getting back together before she dropped this on me. It would be so much simpler if I knew who the Father was.Any advice?.....Thank-you.

 There are lots of things that can render the pill uneffective so yes there is a possibility you could be the father. Either of you guys. But like Satin said... Noone here can tell you if you are the father.
Only a DNA test can. So either she gets the fluids tested or you will have to wait til the baby is born.
USE a darn condom (even if she says she is on the pill) if you don't want to father children yet.
