A co-worker has a crush on me. Is it my turn to pursue him?

I have a question regarding the game of romance. A co-worker has a crush on me. It used to be that he would just stare at me. Next step was going out of his way to walk past my desk, etc. He knows that I have feelings for him also. We doesn't talk much, mainly just eye contact. It's a game, the pursuit is part of the romance and we are both enjoying it. Recently, he has increased the number of times he walks past my desk, but tries to avoid eye contact. He can't always avoid the little smile he makes when doing this though. Sometimes, he will carry his empty coffee cup into my break area rather than his own. Am I interpreting this game correctly thinking he is telling me that it's my move now to pursue him? For example, when he makes it obvious that he's going to the break room?

Awww! He definitely likes you. I'm dating my guy. We met the same way. I just said good morning to him and had a little small talk. We went out for coffee and shared things in commom. The rest is history. Enjoy! :)

Gabby star, I think you are right. The last time I talked to him he just had a goofy smile and puppy dog eyes. He didn't say a word, just nodded yes, and shook his head for no.

eyeswideopen agony auntNeither of you are married? If not then the only thing stopping your romance would be the fact that office romances can be very tricky. If things go sour it can be a real bummer seeing each other every day. But if you guys are clicking, and you aren't married, then ask him out for some coffee or a drink after work some day.
