writes:I met this awesome guy online 9months ago. we met in person 5 months ago. he is not the kind of guy who expresses his feelings opening. he hates talking on the phone so we mostly text. we text each other all day everyday with occasional phones calls here and there as i respect the fact he hates talking on the phone. my question is, would a man keep a woman around this long if he wasn't interested in someday there being a more serious relationship?

Yes, a man would keep talking to you with no real want for anything serious. Hundreds of women have stayed around a man hoping he will suddenly change, only to find he hasn't. Just because a man sits there texting you and emailing you doesn't mean he's interested in something long term. If he was truly interested, he would have said something, he would have done something. I think you're wasting time.
