Question - (10 June 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 11 June 2009)
A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I find it incredibly hard to exercise and lose weight, my family make it really hard for me, i HAVE to eat what they eat, and they both LOVE food, they only eat like pizzas and junk basically and i have no say in the matter, I’ve spoken to them bout it and they just ignore me, also, where i live it's really hard to exercise, there is no gyms nearby, i have a Wii fit but i can't do it because it's in the living room and my parents constantly tease me and make fun of me for doing it.

I’m actually worried about my health, I’m always breathless when I go up stairs or hills, I look horrible and it’s killing my confidence.

Any help?

Also, does the Wii fit actually work?

Thanks

A male reader, Dmct90 United States +, writes (11 June 2009):

try making the best out of the situation. if they have pepperoni pizza, take the pepperonis off and take the grease off with a paper towel. try eating smaller quantities if you're not already doing so. and the Wii fit, do it. make their teasing your motivation, prove them wrong, impress them.

i hope this helps.
