But its always me that finds a reason to break up again. We are highschool sweethearts and i think he will always have a place in my heart. I have a really great boyfrined at the moment, but saw my ex at a wedding a week ago and havnt been able to get him out of my head since. Does anyone have any advice??

Your ex is your past. Let him stay there. Part of you will always love him, but that doesn't mean you should be together. If you were meant to be together, you still would be together. It really is as simple as that. Missing someone is not a reason to get back together with them.
BREAK THE CYCLE!!!
