Why is she like this and how to make her talk to me again?

my best mate went out with this girl and i started to talk to her over msn and facebook she and my mate broke up and i told her that i liked her she said it was sweet and then i made the mistake of telling her that i loved her but she let it pass and we didn't speak for a while coz it woz the skool hols and my computer broke then we started talking again over msn n then i asked for her advice about this other girl i liked and she gave me some not to go for her as she had a boyfriend and i understand that but since then she has been ignoring me and i have tried and tried to get her to talk to me but she hasn't and i want to know why is hse like this

can any girls give me a reason why she may be like this and how to make her talk to me again
