 The consistency and nature of semen depends largely on diet, and perhaps to some degree on genetics. If a man drinks a lot of fluids, including water, beer or other alcoholic beverages, it may thin his ejaculate. As an older man, I can attest that it changes over time to some degree, but normal ejaculate is typically fairly creamy and light in color most of the time.
