 I wouldn't go for any of them, and start afresh with someone else.
The guy is seeing you and a girlfriend at the same time because he likes having his cake and eating it, and also knows you are with someone so why should he end it with her when you aren't actually available?

me personally would leave them both well alone!!
do you really want to go back to someone who took you
forever to get over which if you get back together its
goin to take twice as long as probably twice as hard!
this other guy is meeting you while having a girlfriend
hes not worth it at the end of the day if he's willing to
do this to his current girlfriend he's willing to do it to
you or any other girlfriends he may have!
its really not worth all the pain and hassle!!
